Peptide sequence lists, by species

This utility lists the peptides that have been detected by the GPM project and stored in GPMDB. The peptides are listed by species. The peptides are drawn directly from GPMDB and represent the current status of the database. GPMDB updates daily, so new peptides are regularly added, particularly for commonly studied model organisms.

The information made available here is for research purposes only. The methods and algorithms used to generate these lists may change, without notice. This information is not to be used for the generation of browser annotation tracks or by the authors or agents of First-In-Never-Out annotation systems — e.g., magazine articles, books or literature-derived knowledgebases.
